Everyone wants to live in Southie!  Even wildlife.  We’ve got coyotes, deer, skunks, mola mola sunfish, whales, bald eagles, turkeys, swans and now we have the Southie Hawk.  Yes, a hawk!

Our favorite Southie wildlife photographer Eileen Murphy spotted the hawk in her yard near K and Emerson streets.

And here he is in Fort Point – checking out the art scene.

Here he is at the beach – watching the ladies go running by.

Maybe it’s the squirrels that lured him here.  Or maybe it’s the Sunday Funday scene.  Regardless there is hawk in Southie and he seems very comfortable in the neighborhood.
