The Dirty Italian Opens on Saturday

If you follow us on Instagram, you’ve probably seen us share posts by The Dirty Italian – a South Boston-based small business that creates amazing and delicious charcuterie boards. Well, we’re excited to announce that Talya Pessolano, the woman behind The Dirty Italian, will launch a brick-and-mortar shop on Old Colony Ave. on Saturday, July 22nd.  The menu features a selection of hot and cold sandwiches in sizes Bada Bing and Bada Boom, plus a wrap option is also available. Hunt + Gather

Boston Harbor Now has organized a special scavenger hunt for you in the neighborhood! Each hunt has been carefully crafted to reflect the unique history and culture of the area and includes multiple-choice, short-answer, and open-ended questions, as well as photo submissions. You can play by yourself or as a team and experience the harbor in a completely new way. You can learn more here!

Southie Saturday Run Club with MySTRYDE

Join MyStryde every Saturday at 8:30am from the South Boston studio for a 6-mile loop. Think you won’t have runners in your pace group? Think again! To make sure they support all levels and paces, they’re providing FIVE different pace groups (7/8 min per mile, 8/9 min per mile, 9/10 min per mile, 10/11 min per mile, and 11/12 min per mile) lead by our new run club pacers. Join the group this Saturday and enjoy a post run smoothie from @bamboobeachjuicebar on MySTRYDE!

Take me out to the Ballgame – Vintage Style

Step back in time and watch a 19th Century baseball game with original rules and uniforms! There’s no better place to watch a vintage ball game than inside the walls of historic Fort Warren on Georges Island in Boston Harbor! Come out and watch a game this season — played under Civil War-era rules  — and witness history unfold before you. On Saturday, Boston Union takes on Mudville at 11:30am.  You can learn more here!

Boston While Black – Family Reunion at the Lawn on D

On Saturday, July 22nd, from 12 – 8 pm Boston While Black will be at  The Lawn On D for an unforgettable day-long celebration of Black community, culture, and joy in Boston. The lineup of activities include line-dancing, a Spades tournament, double-dutch, relay races, trivia, and of course, the best bands and DJs in the city. Seaport x Black Owned Bos. Market is back with over 50 vendors.   From gifts and apparel to packaged foods and beauty & skincare products, the Seaport x Black Owned Bos. Market will offer something for everyone as it raises awareness for and support of Black entrepreneurship.  Come support your local black-owned businesses! Takes place on Sunday from 12pm-6pm. Hunter’s has Ryan Flynn on Friday at 5pm.  On Saturday it’s Rob Joyce at 3pm. On Sunday, It’s Ya Boy KR on Sunday at 2pm followed by Matty Sheehan at 9pm.

Capo is featuring Vincent King on Friday at 7pm. On Saturday, it’s DJ Silent Partner at 8pm and on Sunday it’s the legendary Sinatra Sunday with Rich Dimare and the Ron Poster trio at 5pm.

Seapoint Sundays features weekly live music from 4pm-7pm.  This week it’s Maddi Ryan! Perfect apres beach spot!
