Did you know baking can relieve stress?  It can relieve many symptoms of stress and anxiety not to mention you end up with something delicious to eat.  Flour Bakery offers baking classes teaching you everything from brioche and sticky buns to Valentine’s Oreo cookies! Classes take place on Sundays from 10am-1pm and are held at the TriMark Innovation Center at the Boston Innovation and Design Building. Celebrate:
It’s been a decade since Regan’s Motivated Fitness (RMF), founded by Southie resident Tom Regan, opened on West Broadway. Now, they’re celebrating ten years of fitness in the community, and 20 years working with high school athletes through “Ripped by Regan.” On January 5, 2019, RMF is having a party at Capo’s Supper Club—and it’s open to the public, with tickets available for pre-order here or at the door.

Flow:
Kick off Radiant Yoga’s Epic FIVE Year Anniversary with the first of FIVE special events! On Friday night it’s the Radiant Rock N Glow Special Edition: Black Light Flow with Chanel from 7:00pm-8pm. Enjoy post class Bubbly & Chocolate! Cost is just $5! Wear your favorite neon, bright white, black light effect attire!  You can sign up here! 

Dance:
Dust off those dance shoes and come out to support candidate Bobby “Shoes” Diggins for Mayor of Southie – a fundraising effort to support the South Boston St. Patricks’ Day Parade!  This event takes place on Sunday, January 6th from 1pm-5pm at the Seapoint (upstairs) with DJ Dru Errico!
