Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) right here in the neighborhood. In addition to providing outstanding contemporary art, a gorgeous building where cliff divers leap from, and free admission on Thursday, the ICA now has a new wine + coffee bar for us to enjoy! The new waterfront ICA Wine + Coffee Bar offers light bites by The Catered Affair and a list of natural wines selected by nationally recognized sommelier Lauren Friel of Rebel Rebel and Dear Annie. Urban Hike with LL Bean
Boston Seaport will once again be partnering with local non-profit Speak for the Trees and hosting various events during Arbor Week – April 21-26 including an Urban Hike on Saturday from 1PM-2:30PM. Enjoy a walk through the Seaport neighborhood led by an LL Bean Customer Experience Staffer. Walk your way through the history of the Seaport landscape, including the Boston Harborwalk, Seaport Common, and the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes Memorial, a stroll through The Rocks at Harbor Way, and a stop at Martin’s Park. End the tour at LL Bean for some in-store Earth Day activities! All participants will receive free boot laces courtesy of LL Bean and a limited-edition Project Paulie Arbor Week bandana, proceeds from which support Speak For The Trees’ mission. Learn more here.

Southie’s newly opened Dumpling Factory, Mei Mei, is celebrating a birthday! 11 years ago, the Mei Mei Food Truck hit the road and has been supplying the Boston area and beyond with delicious dumplings! Now Open – Reel House Oyster Bar
Picture yourself with a glass of rose in hand, enjoying freshly shucked oysters by the ocean. Reelhouse Oyster Bar announced on social media Friday that they are officially open at 10 Waterside Ave. in the Seaport District! In addition to oysters, Reelhouse Oyster Bar will also feature Neapolitan pizza and bar snacks, plus beer, wine, and cocktails. This is the third location for Reelhouse. Other locations include East Boston and Marina Bay.

Story Time with Kari Percival at The Paseo
On Sunday, April 23, at 1PM, local author and illustrator Kari Percival will be reading her book How to Say Hello to a Worm at The Paseo! Enjoy a story hour with Kari followed by a hands-on activity for kids and adults, as well as a complimentary signed copy of Kari’s book.
