Spring has sprung! Shake up your workout routine by trying a class at one of these neighborhood fitness studios!

My Stryde

My Stryde offers  running, strength, HIIT, recovery and combo classes to get you fitter, faster and stronger!  Located on at the corner of Summer and East Second Street, this new fitness studio is now open and offers virtual classes and you can reserve the studio for private workouts.  Follow them on Instagram for updates.

Regan’s Motivated Gym

A local gym favorite, Regan’s has been proving itself as a butt-busting favorite since 2007.  Located right on West Broadway, Regan’s prides itself on providing education on becoming both physically and mentally fit. The neighborhood gym offers more than 20 classes per week, including Spin, Strength and Conditioning, and Yoga.  If you’re looking for an extra boost to blast through that fitness plateau, Regan’s also offers bootcamps three days per week for both members and non-members.  Other exercise equipment and free weights are also available for those gym-goers who are just getting started with their new year’s fitness regiment.  For more information visit here! 

Hot Box by The Handle Bar

The Handle Bar’s newest edition, Hot Box, has officially opened its doors! This new and improved studio, located on Dorchester Ave, offers flow, sculpt and strength classes. The sculpt and flow classes are heated with infrared.  Some of the benefits of infrared include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system, and lowering of blood pressure! The Yahd

The Backyahd (located at South Bay) announced that it opened its second location, The Yahd!  This new gym offers small fitness classes from strength and conditioning to Backyahd flow. The Yahd (and the Backyahd) focuses on not only your fitness goals but also factors in your body and mind. They offer classes throughout the day and also offer an open gym. The new space is located at 55 West Fifth Street.

Peter Welch’s Gym

Peter Welch’s features Fighter Conditioning and Fighter Strength, these workouts will keep you in tip top shape.  You can learn more here. 

East Side Yoga + Fitness

Featuring an array of workouts, including Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Power Flow + more, East Side Yoga + Fitness is conveniently located at 584 East Broadway.

Workout with Trillfit

Rebel Athletic Club

True Fitness

True Fitness is located at 69 A Street and offers free weights and machines, cardio equipment plus lockers and showers. You can learn more here! 

SHED Personal Training Studio

SHED Personal Training Studio provides a boutique, fully built-out gym space in a central location, available to book in advance via their online platform. The concept is uniquely geared towards personal trainers.  A certified trainer can reserve private and semi-private sessions at SHED to maximize convenience for their clients. Everybody Fights

Everybody Fights is moving from Channel Center Street to Ray Flynn Marine Park in December. It will be located in the Design Center Building on Dry Dock Ave. And guess what? The space is double the size! And by the looks of it, Everybody Fights is offering all things fitness, yoga, boxing, strength, and spin. Follow their Instagram for more updates!
