Trick or Treating on Broadway
Beware of little ghosts and goblins (and their parents) roaming the streets in search for Halloween candy. East and West Broadway will be filled with trick-or-treaters on Tuesday, October 31st from 4pm-6pm picking up candy from local businesses and residences. So be warned! This event is free and is hosted by the members of the South Boston Chamber of Commerce. A special pedestrian traffic flow has been requested. You can get the full details here!

Experience a Québec Winter Wonderland for One Day Only
Bonjour Québec, the world-class destination known for Francophone culture and warm hospitality, will showcase a preview of the most wonderful time of year during a Winter Wonderland event, celebrating Carnaval de Québec’s 70th anniversary and Montréal en Lumière, celebrating its 25th anniversary, featuring entertainment, culture, gastronomy, and more on Friday, November 3rd! Visitors can experience elements of Québec’s winter carnivals firsthand, including live ice sculpting, a DJ performing with an ice bar as its backdrop, snowball corn hole, classic Québec “maple candy on snow” and an appearance by Quebec’s famous Bonhomme, the Carnival de Québec’s official mascot (Bonhomme loosely translates to snowman in French). Important Election Day and Voting Info.
The Boston Election Department is reminding voters that the Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The election will determine At-Large and District City Councilors for the City of Boston. You can get the details on early voting, vote by mail and in-person voting here.
