Early Voting
In Massachusetts there’s an early voting period before the general election early voting to run from Oct. 17 to Oct. 30. This is for in-person voting. You can find a list of early voting locations in the City of Boston here! If you’d like to send in your vote by mail ballot, you can do that at anytime before Tuesday, November 3rd for the general election. You can learn more about this here. Not registered? You have until October 24th. Here’s some more helpful information about voting and the election!
Problem Properties in the Neighborhood
House parties too loud + frequent? Property next door run down? If you have a problem property in your neighborhood, Haley Dillon – neighborhood liaison for the mayor’s office of neighborhood services wants to know about it. You can email her here at Haley.Dillon.boston.gov. Questions and complaints will be collected and a virtual community meeting will be held on October 27th from 6pm-7pm. Dorchester Bay City Community Meetings
The Boston Planning + Development Agency has scheduled a series of community virtual events on community meetings topics during Dorchester Bay City’s review process. There will be one on Wednesday, October 28th to discuss Urban Design and Wednesday, November 4th to discuss Open Space, Public Realm + Resiliency!
