Anchor Line – the developer that purchased the Coppersmith building on West Third has bought another parcel of land right next door!
According to the Boston Business Journal, Gillette has sold off a parcel located right next door to Coppersmith. The combined total for both is $31 million.
So the plot thickens. We smell condos! More to follow!
This is the same block that is the home of Port 45 – 101 unit luxury condo development.
