The wildly popular Coppersmith known for its food trucks, airdeck and amazing view has been sold.  According to the website Bldup, the  3-story 15,000 square-foot brick and beam building was sold for $19,625,00 to Anchor Line Partnership.

The building was last sold in 2013 for $1 million to Langwater Capital Partners. Holy Moly!  No plans (if any) have been announced to change anything.  Let’s hope not, we love Coppersmith!

Maybe they’ll move the smoker so it’s not surrounded by dumpsters anymore

1M dollars in 2013 but with out a successful restaurant and extensive renovation that followed the purchase. regardless of the owners value add’s 1M for the building in 2013 was a good deal.

There’s a lot more to the building than coppersmiths. I highly doubt the restaurant is going anywhere any time soon as it has been so successful. You may see them try to rezone to build some Resi above it. The real issue is that adjacent office space, really has been a bear to lease, clearly.
