A developer would like to replace the John P. Pow Company at 49-51 D Street with a new nine-story development featuring 75 units with commercial space on the ground level. 13 of the units will be “affordable.” The project will also include 20 parking spaces – 18 for residents and the other 2 for the commercial space. 13 of the units will be affordable.
According to Universal Hub, a “letter of intent” was filed with the Boston Planning and Development Agency this week. You can learn more about this project here.
