There’s no better day to celebrate International Yoga Day than on the Summer Solstice!  Whether you’re new to yoga or a full-on yogi, practice at one of these local classes to find your Friday zen on the longest day of the year!

Rock & Flow

Radiant Yoga is offering a variety of classes on Friday including a discounted heated-flow community class for $10 from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Maybe end your Friday with Rock & Flow Yoga at 6pm.  Caitlin teaches an action-packed hour flow set to music that change every week. You can request songs by direct messaging Radiant on twitter or posting a request on their Facebook page. Specialty playlist sequences have included: Rock n Vinyl, David Bowie, Beyonce, Madonna, Drake, Songs you love to sing along to, 80’s rock and more!

Lunchtime Flow

South Boston Yoga is offering a variety of six classes, including an all levels Lunchtime class for $10 from 12 PM – 1 PM. Jump into this 60 minute vinyasa class to reinvigorate your day, stretch, sweat, and free your mind from routine. Sign up via MindBody or ClassPass before all the spots fill up!

Free Hip Hop Yoga

Seaport Sweat is hosting a free, hip-hop themed outdoor yoga session at noon on Friday with Erica Bornstein. Grab your mat and head down to Seaport Common for a fun-filled, energetic class!

Go with the Flow at CorePower

Celebrate IYD with a classic CorePower sweat and sign up for one of their 14 classes offered in the South End/Inkblock location daily.  Ranging from Yoga Sculpt to CorePower 1 (Beginner’s) CorePower Yoga 2 (More Advanced), there’s guaranteed to be a class for you!
