Workout:
Get rid of the holiday stress and work off all those egg nog calories with a little Fighter’s Conditioning at Peter Welch’s Gym!  Only one class on Saturday, December 24th at 10am.  Punching the bag never felt so good.  PWG will be closed on Christmas.
