Workout:
The Lawn on D is hosting  an outdoor edition of one of Equinox’s most loved signature classes, the high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout, MetCon3. The class will be taught by two Equinox favorites: Shandell Raposa and Ian Kilpatrick. This high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout taxes all three of your body’s energy systems and acts like a fat-incinerator to ensure results that leave you fit and motivated for the demands of your life. Our total body, interval style workout is an evergreen member favorite. Following the class, we invite all participants to relax on The Lawn as we cool down and enjoy the summer weather. Register here! Cost: A charitable donation is suggested** for non-members.
