All aboard the Sushi train!  It’s coming our way!

If you love sushi, then you’ll love this news!  International restaurant group YO! Sushi is opening its first stand-alone restaurant in the US and guess where it will be located?  Yes, that’s right Southie, USA!  This monumental opening will take place in South Boston’s Seaport District on Seaport Boulevard in October (stay tuned for official date) and will feature the signature “kaiten” sushi bar that keeps the sushi coming via conveyor belt that runs throughout the restaurant!

YO! Sushi will feature an elevated design reminiscent of contemporary Japan!  Think bright and colorful graphics with sleek black mattes, steel, and exposed brick.  Paired with a new menu of Boston-specific dishes developed by YO!’s Executive Chef and a curated beer list, YO! Sushi is sure to become the go-to lunch spot for a fun office escape or the dinner favorite for a night out with friends!

The 2,225-square foot location in the Seaport District will seat 65 guests and have over 90 dishes, including traditional sushi, fresh salads, hot dishes, and Japanese desserts!  YO! Sushi will open directly next to Shake Shack on Seaport Blvd. We can’t wait!

About YO! Sushi!
Founded in 1997, YO! Sushi was the first to bring the concept of a Japanese ‘kaiten’ sushi bar that delivered food via a conveyor belt to the United Kingdom. YO! Sushi opened its first U.S. restaurants in the spring of 2015 in New Jersey and Florida, with over 90 locations currently worldwide. YO! Sushi’s dishes are made fresh throughout the day in each restaurant. Although sushi is at the heart of the concept, there’s a choice of over 90 Tokyo inspired items, including delicious soups, rice or noodle-based dishes, salads, tempura and hot classics.  Tokyo brings an unmistakable energy that no other city can replicate… The city is a moving feast which is why YO! is TokYO!
