Style Spotlight: Gogarbaj calls Southie home
Gogarbaj is planting its roots in Southie. Owner Jessie Orbovich is set to expand the brand from its well-loved pop-up shops and mobile fashion truck to a stylish new home at 395 West Broadway. Known for designer secondhand fashion and upcycled style, Gogarbaj will feature local designers and favorites from the city’s top fashionistas.
The chic two-story space will also boast a cozy style lounge where shoppers can kick back and relax while enjoying custom photography and artwork. Or, they can host their very own fashion events while sipping alongside a vintage bar built by Orbovich’s grandfather in Cuba.
“Our goal when originally launching Gogarbaj as a pop-up and mobile business was to help make sure high-end fashion was accessible for all Boston shoppers and to remove the stigma of secondhand clothes, which we achieved through curated events across the city,” said Orbovich, who co-founded the brand’s pop-up business with Rachel Fournier. “Now with a permanent home on West Broadway, I’m eager to provide clientele with Gogarbaj’s curated fashion experience at all times, serving as a dependable and trusted destination where all shoppers can walk out feeling beautiful.”
Official opening is Thursday, November 9th! Check out Southie’s new style destination on Tuesdays-Sundays from 11am to 7pm. Visit gogarbaj.com for more info!
