1.5 Star Run Club at Loco is Back, Baby!

Calling all runners— all paces welcome! After a break for some during the busy summer months, 1.5 Star Run Club is back.  The group meets at Loco every Saturday at 9am and there are various routes to choose from: 1.5mi, 5k, 10k, 8mi and 12mi route then all meet back at Loco for some drinks, food and socializing! 

Robot Block Party

The 5^th annual MassRobotics Robot Block Party, one of the largest celebrations of robots and robotics of its kind, will take place in the innovative Boston Seaport neighborhood this Saturday, October 1, 2022, to showcase cutting-edge robotics and technology to the public. Over 30 organizations will be spread across Seaport Common and the adjacent Exhibit Tent demonstrating their robots or offering hands-on experiences and STEM activities. You’ll be able to witness robots walking, crawling, flying, and helping humans in new and unique ways.

Boozy Breakfast Frappes

Publico is shaking things up with their new Boozy Breakfast Frappes available at the Publico Café on Thursdays and Fridays and brunch on Saturday and Sundays! Enjoy delicious flavors like Peanut Butter Smoothie, Cookies N’ Cream, Coo Cook for Coco, Wake Me Up, Snickerdoodle and Fruity Pebbles!

City Hall Beer Garden is open

If you like drinking near brutalist architecture, then you’ll love this news! The beer garden outside City Hall is now open and will operate from noon to 7pm Wednesdays-Sundays until early November. 67 Degrees Brewing, a Black, woman, and veteran-owned company, is providing the beer! 

Skate the Greenway  – Boston Together Again 

For two days only on the Rose Kennedy Greenway lace up those roller skates for this special event! Live DJ and skate rentals! Friday, September 30th, 5pm-9pm and Saturday, October 1st, 2pm-8pm. You can learn more here. 

Oktoberfest at Harpoon

The South Boston Moms Club presents Babies + Brews.  Join fellow parents for coffee, pastries, conversation and community connections!  Takes place on Saturday, October 1st from 8am-10am at the playground at Medal of Honor Park. All members and prospective members are invited to attend.
