The Return of Black Owned Bos. Market

Seaport x Black Owned Bos. Market returns to the Seaport neighborhood for its fourth year with a record of over 60 vendors for the market’s 2023 season. Seaport x Black Owned Bos. Market was named the Best Retail Pop Up of 2021 by Boston Magazine for its eclectic collection and innovative ways to support local businesses owned by traditionally underrepresented groups. This season’s market debuts on May 21 and represents the ongoing successful collaboration between WS Development, Boston Seaport and Black Owned Bos. Petula’s is now open!

Southie Saturday Run Club with MySTRYDE

Last Call for Shenannigans

Back in March, we reported that Southie hot spot Shenannigans was transferring its liquor license to a new restaurant tentatively called The Quays. The manager listed on the application is Seth Delury, who is part of the Magnificent Seven Inc. family. Julian Bolger – The Playwright, The Bowery Bar, and Lucy’s – is also part of this group! Well, on Monday, the beloved bar posted on Instagram that Shenannigans last day will be May 21st. They are selling commemorative t-shirts too!

Register for the Boston Waterfront 5K

The Boston Waterfront 5K is Boston’s most unique 5K course with over a mile of running along the water, a fantastic post-race celebration with music, a beer garden, pizza, and more. This fun event takes place on Saturday, June 4th at 10am!  You can register here.

The Celtics will face the heat in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Friday at 8:30pm.
