Betty the Yeti Cocktail

Seaport has its own neighborhood cocktail – Betty the Yeti – named for the pink fuzzy Himalayan monster who boosts spirits around the neighborhood during the winter created by Nail the Cocktail. The cocktail is available at Tuscan Kitchen, Yotel Boston’s Deck 12 and Komyuniti, and Lookout Rooftop & Bar at The Envoy throughout March. This delicious cocktails is made with Vodka, Chambord, Lime Juice, Prickly Pear and Vanilla Bean syrups, and topped with Topo Chico sparkling water then garnished with fresh raspberries and finished with a cotton candy glitter drop. Boston Seaport by WS Development collaborated on the recipe with local influencer and cocktail expert Claudiane of @nailthecocktail.
