Moonrise Cinema is opening this weekend on Dry Dock Ave. and kicking things off with the beloved classic (featuring Dorchester’s own Patrick Renna) The Sandlot. Tickets are $30 for an 8ft by 8ft area (fits 4 sitting closely or 2 very comfortably). You can order snacks that will be delivered to your seats! BYOB – bring your own blanket or beach chair. Gov. Charlie Baker signed legislation allowing restaurants to sell mixed drinks to go into law late Monday afternoon. The Broadway has a new selection of cocktails to go including Lose My Rind $18, Espresso Martini $18, La Pina $16 and Strawberry Rose Sangria $25. You can learn more here.

If you’re gonna be spending the day at the beach, might as well has some snacks right? Chef Tim Chatigny has created the perfect lineup of beach snacks and he’ll deliver them right to M Street Beach on Saturday.
