The Return of the Lodge of Publico 

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…The Lodge at Publico will be open Thursdays through Sundays 4pm-close, beginning December 9^th through Sunday, April 2^nd 2023.   A one-of-a-kind winter oasis, guests are greeted by a rustic lodge structure as Publico’s signature garden pergola has been built out to feature wooden, cabin-like walls, faux moose and deer heads, twinkle lights and pine garland that surround two communal style dining tables tucked inside. Holiday Brunch at The Broadway

‘Tis The SZN For New Holiday Brunch at The Broadway. Every Friday in December, you can enjoy Holiday Brunch from 10am – 2:30pm. New Menu Items include  The Brady – sausage patty, hash brown, scrambled egg, American cheese, spicy mayo, French Toast Sticks – cinnamon sugar, Nutella, whipped cream. BW Breakfast – two eggs any way, home fries, English muffin, choice of bacon, chicken-maple sausage, or avocado. Hawaiian Rice Bowl – jasmine rice, char-broiled burger, shitake demi-glaze, spicy mayo, sunny egg, crispy shallot & garlic, chive. 

Disco Night at the Seapoint

Denis Taylor will perform his legendary disco covers on Saturday night at 8pm at the Seapoint! Get your dancing shoes ready!

Cisco Stroll in Southie

Cisco Brewery will be in the neighborhood on Saturday, December 10th from 12pm-4pm! Stop by Loco, Lincoln, Hunter’s, The Broadway, and Roza Lyons! This party has it all: scarf giveaways, Cisco brews, costume contest prizes, live music, and more! For every Cisco pint sold, $1 is donated to South Boston Neighborhood House.  Can’t make it to the bar? Love Child has you covered. They are sampling tasty libations and handing out their exclusive Cisco Stroll scarves 12-3pm 12/10. This is not a bar crawl. Choose a participating bar and get jolly! 21+.

Taylor Swift Birthday Bash

The Supper Club at Capo is hosting a little Taylor Swift Birthday Bash on Saturday from 1pm-4pm – featuring Taylor Swift Covers with Anna Daley Young + Its Ya Boy KR!

Just roll outta bed

After a Friday night out, there’s nothing more tempting than rolling out of bed and heading straight to brunch. On Saturday, City Tap House in Fort Point invites you to do just that: grab your robe, throw on some reindeer slippers, and head to the beer paradise for a Pancakes & Pajamas party. City Tap will be flipping flapjacks that come Nutella-smothered, another packed with holiday M&Ms and simply plain that can be drizzled with a Woodford Reserve-infused maple syrup. There will also be specialty holiday cocktails to wash it all down. If you bring a new unwrapped toy, article of clothing, or gift card for the South Boston Boys & Girls Club, your first plain pancake is on the house. (The Southie B&G Club members range from ages 6-18.)

It wouldn’t be the holiday season in Boston without Seaport’s iconic winter experience, Snowport. Returning for the fourth year and serving as the ultimate holiday destination for Bostonians and tourists alike, Snowport will once again feature The Holiday Market at Snowport, created with The Makers Show. The luminous, open-air market, which debuted in 2021, returns in 2022 with over 120 small businesses to shop from, doubling last year’s lineup. Visitors will also find an expanded dining area and enchanting holiday décor throughout. In addition to The Holiday Market, Snowport will offer outdoor iceless curling, large-scale winter games, the Tree Market at Snowport, and an annual holiday tree lighting and celebration, Light Up Seaport (December 2). Snowport begins on November 11, 2022. Live Music Roundup

Loco will have Kim Cherry during the Cisco Stroll from 1-4pm in the main space. At 9pm it’s DJ Mike D at 9pm.  On Sunday, the lounge opens at 12pm with DJ AN Sounds from 4pm-8pm.

Capo is featuring Steve Memmolo and Evan Laflamme on Saturday night. Doors open at 10:30pm.  On Saturday night from 8pm-11pm it’s the Beat Drops. On Sunday, enjoy Sinatra Sunday with Rich DiMare and the Ron Poster Trio 6pm-9pm.

Lincoln has Legends of Summer Band on Sunday 6pm-9pm.

Hunter’s will have Southie’s own Annie Cheevers on Friday from 4pm-7pm. On Saturday – it’s Jimmy Tunes from 3pm-6pm and on Sunday, Its Ya Boy KR from 2pm-5pm and Matty Sheehan from 9pm-12am.

Sports

Bruins vs. Coyotes on Friday at 9:30pm. On Sunday they face off against the Knights at 8pm.  The Celtics play the Warriors on Saturday at 8:30pm. Here are 10 Places to Watch the Game!
