It’s the most wonderful time of the year…

The Lodge at Publico will be open Thursdays through Sundays 4pm-close, beginning December 9th through Sunday, April 2nd 2023.   A one-of-a-kind winter oasis, guests are greeted by a rustic lodge structure as Publico’s signature garden pergola has been built out to feature wooden, cabin-like walls, faux moose and deer heads, twinkle lights and pine garland that surround two communal style dining tables tucked inside. “Lodge life” is further illustrated throughout the space by oversized flannel blankets and pillows, carved wooden signage, decorative skis, retro signage, and a vintage ski lift that creates a true alpine ambiance in the middle of South Boston.

New for this year, a dedicated “Gingerbread Lane” can be discovered in the rear of the Lodge in what was formerly a private dining space but has been seamlessly blended into the larger atrium and lodge design.  Guests can expect sugary sweet inspired décor and holiday-themed accents alongside plush, couch-style seating, reclaimed wood tables and personal TV’s.

No matter how low temps may drop, Publico’s state-of-the-art retractable roof will keep guests warm and toasty alongside roaring fire pits, heated lounge areas and even a heated floor. Executive Chef, Joel Howard has created a lodge-inspired menu of post-slope bites that perfectly pairs with a cocktail menu of hot drinks and seasonal sips, and course, the iconic Shot-Ski.

Crispy Chicken Mac & Cheese – gruyere, herb breadcrumb crust- $14
Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup – sharp cheddar, mozzarella, monterey jack, $14


Peppermint Pete – Stoli Vanilla, Dr. McGillicuddys, chocolate liquor, cream – $14

Lodge Cocoa – Corralejo Reposado, chocolate rum, hot chocolate – $14

Apres Old Fashioned – Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, agave, bitters – $14
