Flow for free! East Side Yoga and Fitness is celebrating the South Boston Street Festival with a FREE Community Vinyasa Flow Class led by Joanna Rosenberg! This class will be limited to 25 people and you must register online. The class will take place on Saturday, September 17th from 1pm-1:45pm. Not only will this program include a production of the Wizard of Oz, it will also feature music, art, science classes, magic classes, film making and more! Students ride for free! Kick off your school year with complimentary indoor cycling classes at The Handle Bar! From Sunday, September 11 to Saturday, September 17, current college students and graduate students are invited to ride for free at any of three locations of The Handle Bar including South Boston (141 Dorchester Ave.)! Space is available on a walk-in basis with a student ID.
