Rock Spot is turning 5

For five years, Rock Spot Climbing has been bringing the fun, adventure and a great workout to the neighborhood.  Help them celebrate with five days of fun! March 3rd-7th.  From kids/families activities to a customer appreciation party.  You can get a full list of activities here. 

South Boston Citizens Association Activities

The South Boston Citizens Association has organized a lot of fun events leading up to St. Patrick’s Day/Evacuation Day Parade.  On Monday, March 2nd it’s the Annual Free Throw Contest at the Tynan Gym at 6pm.  On Tuesday, March 3rd it’s the Swimming Competition at the Boys & Girls Club at 6pm.  On Saturday, it’s the Tom + Eddie Butler Senior Salute at 11am at St. Peter Church Lower Hall.  On Sunday, it’s Ice-o-Rama at the Murphy Rink at 9am. 

Save the Date

St. Patrick’s Day Showdown.  Bean Pot Hockey Tournament NYPD and FDNY vs. BPD and BFD.  Takes place Friday, March 13th  4-7 + Saturday, March 14th 1-4 at the Murphy Rink.  There will be raffles and a 50/50 all to benefit the Timothy “Doc” Cook Foundation.  You can learn more here!
