B Together starts on Saturday

Citing the rising surge of COVID-19 cases and the urgent need to increase vaccination to safeguard the community this winter, Mayor Michelle Wu announced B Together, an initiative to require vaccination in certain indoor spaces in Boston, including indoor dining, fitness, and entertainment establishments. All people ages 12+must show proof of 1st dose of vaccination starting January 15th. You can can get more details here!

The Return of the Shamrock Pub

The Shamrock Pub will reopen its doors on Friday, January 14th. Back in October we reported, that the 7 day Common Victualler/All Beverage License was transferred to a new owner with the City of Boston. After some much needed renovations – including a refresh to the exterior of the building, the legendary old school Southie pub located at the corner of H and 8th will be back in business!
