Cold plunging is having a moment. Many people are getting on this new health trend by cold plunging at spas, pop-ups, or even purchasing their own personal cold water tub.  Cold plunging is said to help with anxiety, boost your immune system, decrease inflammation, and improve your overall health.  But why not save some money and cold plunge right into Boston Harbor? Recently, a Southie cold plunge community popped up on Instagram, organizing revitalizing dips each weekend!  The inaugural plunge will take place on Sunday, February 12th at 10am at Carson Beach.
