Register to Run the St. Patrick’s Day Road Race
Same great cause, same great course, same shirt designers (thanks, Dropkick Murphys)! It is all about the run, the shirt, and supporting our kids! The race is a fun, healthy, and meaningful community event full of spirit and good cheer and positive energy. It’s an important fundraiser for Edgerley Family South Boston Boys & Girls Club’s youth development and teen programs. You can register here!
Postpartum Strength Class at Lifted Fitness
Hey, new mamas! If you’re looking to regain strength, boost energy, and connect with other moms in the neighborhood, Lifted Fitness has got you covered. Their Postpartum Strength Program is back, kicking off on February 19th—and it’s the perfect way to ease back into fitness after baby! This 10-week program is open to all postpartum women who’ve been cleared for exercise by their medical provider. Classes run every Wednesday from 1-2 PM, and the best part?
