This 10-week program is open to all postpartum women who’ve been cleared for exercise by their medical provider. Classes run every Wednesday from 1-2 PM, and the best part? Babies (up to 12 months old) are welcome! Because let’s be real—finding time to work out while juggling mom life is no joke.
