Looking for something fun to do with the kids while getting some fresh air and enjoying Boston parks? Well, the City of Boston Parks Dept. is launching their first ever StoryWalk series that allows children and families to interact with books! You can get the details here.

Get your healthy fix this week with fresh juices, smoothies, fruit bowls, coffee & tea, juice shots and cleanses, and healthy snacks. The Juice Box offers a vegetarian and gluten free menu. Attention High School Athletes

Lifted Fitness is  looking for 9 athletes to participate in a strength and conditioning high school pilot program fo’ FREE! These are the requirements:

•Freshman, Sophomore or Junior

•Not participating in a Spring sport, but a Fall and/or Winter sport

•Full commitment Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 3:15 (1 hour long) for this 12 week program

No prior training experience required. First come first serve! Email [email protected] to reserve your spot
