The USS Constitution will make a turnaround on Friday around 11am complete with a 21-gun salute at Castle Island to honor Vietnam War veterans. Over 300 Vietnam War vets and their families will embark aboard Old Ironsides. – scheduled to leave Charlestown around 10am.
