Lucky duck! Southie resident and Red Sox super fan, Brayden Buckley, 10, got to ride with his grandfather Tim Buckley in Wednesday’s World Series parade. After the parade Brayden was able to get into Fenway and see all his favorite players, including J.D. Martinez, Chris Sale, Mookie Betts and Jackie Bradley Jr.
As part of its sponsorship of the victory parade to celebrate our World Series champions Boston Red Sox, the City of Boston Credit Union selected an unsuspecting customer to ride in its sponsored Duck Boat. Brayden’s mother was surprised during a visit to the South Boston branch of the City of Boston Credit Union Tuesday morning, and her father and son rode along with Red Sox players in today’s parade.
Way to go, Brayden!
