I feel like you have to try to do that, how is this possible?

If you are going fast enough to flip your car at P and 4th you should lose your license for a while. These idiots are going to get us killed.

Completely agree with Brian. A safe driver training should be required also.

The driver hit 3 parked cars and was pointed the wrong direction up P street toward Broadway

Walk at your own peril. That’s the 2018 South Boston message of the year.

Quick question: Why is East 4th Street one-way between P and Farragut when the rest of east 4th is two-way? The street system in Southie lacks any discernible logic.

The last block of 4th Street use to be a trolley and bus route up from Farragut Road. When the repaved Farragut Rd. years ago you could still see the old tracks turning up from Farragut on 4th.

it’s not just Southie it’s all of Boston. The street system makes no sense there are streets that do this in the Backbay, Beacon Hill, Charlestown, W Rox.

Boston’s streets are congested enough as it is, on the whole. When people drive too fast, as what happens throughout Boston, and elsewhere, especially when this kind of a vehicular roll-over incident occurs, more people, businesses and residences are put in danger. It is crazy. The speed limit should be strictly enforced, with penalties for drivers who exceed the speed limits. The posted speed limits are the fastest that one can drive under ideal conditions, and exceeding these speed limits can be fatal. As the saying goes: Haste makes waste.
