A special Mass will be held on Sunday, July 27th at 6pm at St. Brigid Church in memory of Amy Lord. Amy was a 24 year-old South Boston resident who was abducted and brutally murdered on July 23, 2013.

I’m so sorry I could not make the memorial mass, I had to work the evening. I think of her often, I walk by where she lived twice a week, my friends, with daughters her age are still devastated at what happened. I met her parents a year ago at her beautiful wake, they were amazing. I pray they find peace and happiness. They will see her again.,
