On Thursday, the prosecution of the man accused of the double homicide that happened last month at a luxury condo in South Boston appeared at municipal court.  A  judge then continued the case until July.

Bampumim Teixeira, 30, pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the deaths of Lina Bolaños, 38, and Richard Field, 49.  After sustaining injuries from a gun shot wound by Boston Police during the incident, Teixeira, was arraigned in his hospital bed last month.
