DCR Parking Advisory: DCR Will Open Parking at Castle Island for Boston Residents During Snow Emergency

WHAT: Due to the snow emergency in the City of Boston, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will open the parking lot at Castle Island in South Boston for residents to use beginning at 8:00 p.m. tonight (Monday, February 12, 2024). Parking will start two hours before the City’s parking ban goes into effect at 10 p.m. and will end two hours after the City’s snow emergency is lifted.
