Brace yourself: A Blizzard is on the way!
Yes, yet another storm is heading our way! The National Weather service has issued a blizzard warning for all of the Southern New England that will take effect at 11 p.m. and will last into Tuesday night. Snow will begin late Monday night and continue for roughly 24 hours! BPS has canceled school for Tuesday. A parking ban will begin at 7pm on Monday.
So how much snow will we see? Potentially 12-18 inches. Yikes! Most likely the City of Boston will call a snow emergency which means parking ban and a cone-worthy storm but we’re getting ahead of our ourselves. We will keep you updated with information as we receive it including news on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade! Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter!
Mayor Marty Walsh will hold a press conference at 3pm today to discuss the storm.
