Swanky!

The Boston Redevelopment Authority has approved a 156 room boutique hotel to be developed at 6 West Broadway.  Sun Condos LLC, an affiliate of Boston-based Pappas Enterprises Inc. proposed a 14 story building with room for retail space on the ground floor.

This will be the first hotel to be built in the once “shady” area near Broadway station that now features luxury condos, upscale restaurants, a yoga studio and even a Starbucks.  Who woulda thunk it?

Rooms will start at $200 and will cater to guests from the Boston Convention Center right down the street.   Southie’s all fancy!
