Let’s be honest simply go back to the way it was in the 80s any Bike without pedals that are 50cc or higher nd to be registered and have a license plate the same as a big Harley Davidson and at the least a motorcycle permit that is good for few months and your not allowed to have passenger or ride at night. Ppl used to register there scooters etc for 6 months out of year. ( it’s not expensive at all. And if you don’t have plate ur vehicle is impounded etc like a Car, no permit or license the same laws as any motor Vehicle will be enforced. This City needs a noise ordinance I’m sure we all admit it’s long over due. This will give our PD a reason for stopping etc these vehicles. We all know who will do the right thing and who won’t. It will be cut and dry. Also we nd to make sure these behest sold properly!
