Better Wages For Trillium employees
This week Trillium raised some of its workers hourly-wages after it was revealed that the Fort Point craft brewery cut some of the employee’s pay from $8 and hour to just $5 after opening its new restaurant in October.
After getting bashed online and noticing a slowdown in business, Trillium owners announced this week they will be paying their retail employees $15 to $18 an hour in an effort to take care of their workers and win back their fans. Hopefully it’s not a little to little, a little too late.
In addition to the original Trillium Brewery and the new Trillium Brewery restaurant, Trillium also has a brewery in Canton, a season pop up beer garden at Rose Kennedy Greenway and hoping to expand to Connecticut with Trillium Farm.
