Mutts in the City – one of Southie’s best dog walking services – along with The Urban Art Bar will be celebrating man’s best friend with a special “yappy hour” for you and your pooch. Stop by The Urban Art Bar (709 East Broadway) on Monday, September 29th from 5pm-8pm and mix and mingle, enjoy a cocktail and give your four-legged friend a treat.
