Shoppers rejoice!  The new 50,000 square foot Whole Foods Market at Ink Block in the South End will open on Friday, January 9th.  We know it’s technically not located in Southie but it’s a hop, skip and jump over the West Fourth Street Bridge!

Irish born painter Vincent Crotty will be discussing his craft and showing his work at the South Boston Artists Association monthly meeting.  This event will take place on Saturday at 9:30am at the Curley Recreation Center (M Street Side).  The event is free and open to the public.  Refreshments will be served.

Knit:
