Head to BC High this weekend and celebrate the timeless holiday tradition of the Christmas Carol – The Musical! The Dever Players will have three performances – Thursday, December 10th at 4pm, Friday, December 11th and Saturday, December 12th both at 7pm. The musical will take place at the Bulger Performing Carts Center at BC Hight – 150 Morrissey Blvd. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. This is the perfect time of year to help those less fortunate. Clean out that closet and help those in need. Mass Bay Credit Union is hosting its annual Coat and Warm Clothing drive in partnership with Friends of Boston’s Homeless Warm Hands Warm Heart campaign. Kindly donate new or gently used winter coats, hats, scarves, gloves and socks. Donations boxes are located in all of Mass Bay’s branches including the one in South Boston. The charitable drive is in its fifth year and has become a vital Mass Bay Credit Union tradition that members and staff look forward to participating in every year. Donations will be accepted until January 29th.

Light it up! It’s the Annual Seaport Tree Lighting will take place on Thursday, December 10th from 4 to 5 pm at the South Boston Maritime Park (intersection of D Street and Seaport Boulevard). This is event is free and open to the public and will feature cookies, cider and hot chocolate, live holiday music, a visit from Santa and a toy collection for Toys for Tots.
