Seaport has gone to the dogs!
Dogs are a beloved part of the Seaport Community and to celebrate our favorite four-legged friends, Seaport will appoint an official neighborhood dog mayor in 2024.
In March of 2025, we’ll celebrate our dog mayor at Seaport’s first InDOGuration, where we’ll have the reveal of the mayor’s official portrait and the reveal of the ceremonial mayor’s house, Barksworth Manor. There will be two rounds of voting, one general round and one round amongst the top 5 candidates. We will announce our dog mayor on Friday, November 1st.
The first phase of voting takes place through August 30th and after this, the top 5 dogs will move onto the “Pooch Primaries.”
Voting – Round 1: Polls are open until 8/30
