Southie resident and artist Deb Putnam has been selected as one of the finalists in the Boston Art Commission’s Portrait of a City contest. Artists were encourage to submit work capturing contemporary life in the city and the winner’s work will be given as gifts to visiting diplomats and distinguished guests of the city.
