Daisy Flow Beach Yoga
Start your Saturday with a blissful beach yoga session at Pleasure Bay Beach on May 11th at 10 AM! For just $20, you can flow with the ocean breeze, and if you’d rather keep your mat sand-free, no worries – rentals are available for just $3! All levels are welcome to join – whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your stretching and strength journey. Tuesday AM Run Club
Don’t hit snooze on an opportunity to sweat and socialize with the MYSTRYDE Morning Run Club! Jumpstart your day with a free community run where all paces are welcome! Lace up your sneakers and join MYSTRYDE’s vibrant run club every Tuesday morning at 6:30 AM for a refreshing 3.5-mile loop around Castle Island. Bring your bestie, your furry friend, your roommate, or come solo and mingle with fellow Southie fitness enthusiasts!
Seaport Sweat is BACK!
Get ready to sweat because Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series is back in action for 2024! There are so many different outdoor classes coming to the Seaport Common this spring and continuing through the fall! Classes will be running Monday through Thursday, accompanied by a live DJ to keep you motivated during your movement! Classes will also be held on some Saturdays, with special guest instructors from BronCore Fitness, Kick It by Eliza, Peaches Guaranteed, and sculpt that sASS. Outdoor Sculpt Class with the Handle Bar
Kicking off June 4th, join us every Tuesday evening at 5:30 and 6:30pm for back to back SCULPT classes at the Green at Washington Village on Old Colony Ave in Southie, adjacent to @livesouthstandard. Plenty of street parking available, along with free two hour retail parking on site at South Standard. Use your regular HB Credits or Membership to book these outdoor classes! @bala Mats, Bangles and Booty Bands provided in each class😎 Classes run through Tuesday, August 20th. Book through the South Boston location by selecting the classroom labeled ‘South Standard Outdoor’ on the Handle Bar’s website or mobile app.
Regan’s Motivated Fitness Bootcamp
Regan’s Motivated Fitness offers outdoor bootcamps at at Carson Beach. Mixing fun + fitness, each bootcamp combines cardio, weights, yoga, and more. Follow them on Instagram for pop up bootcamp announcements!
On Saturdays We Run!
Kickstart your weekend with a refreshing spring run in the neighborhood! Join Southie’s 1.5 Stars Run Club every Saturday morning at 9 am for a choice of a 1 mile, 5K, or 10K run starting from Loco. After your run, join the runners for a ’treat yourself’ moment with our neighborhood favorite margaritas from Loco to complete your morning routine!

Stretch & the City
Step into spring with another free energizing outdoor workouts at Summer Street Steps on Fridays at noon! Stretch & the City sessions will consist of cardio and dynamic yoga movements led by Therlande Louissant and powered by Lifeway Kefir! Enjoy the fresh air, get your body moving, and listen to curated soundtracks as you stretch and strengthen downtown! All levels welcome!
