Hot in the city!

Celebrate the end of the summer at the cleanest beach in Boston!  Mayor Marty Walsh & Save the Harbor/Save the Bay will be your hosts on Saturday, September 12th from 12pm-5pm for some fun in the sun on the Curley Community Center’s family friendly beach at M Street.

“The City is excited to celebrate the spirit of summer for as long as possible,” said Mayor Martin J. Walsh. “I’m looking forward to closing the season on a high note and coming together as a community for an afternoon of fun.”

There will be kayaks and paddle boards to keep you cool on the water.  Enjoy games, live music by the Endless Summer Band, and some good old fashioned family fun!  Bring your appetite too!  Sweet Cheeks will be providing a pig roast for the first 500 people.

Be on the lookout for blue marbles hidden on the beach.  If you find a blue marble take a photo with it and email it to: [email protected]. Winners will be entered into a drawing to win 2 Jet Blue tickets to the destination of choice!
