Kids Day at the Southie Farmers Market

The South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation (SBNDC), the sponsor of the South Boston Farmers Market, will hold a Kids Day celebration at the market on Monday, August 3rd. 

The market will run as usual from 12 – 6 pm, with regular vendors Freitas Farm, Wenger’s Farm, and Red’s Best Seafood but there will be some additional fun including students from the UMass Extension program conducting cooking demonstrations from 12 – 4.  Kids activities including live music, balloon twisting, face-pairing and more surprises will go from 2pm-5pm.  

South Boston non-profits who serve children or families are also invited to set up a table with an activity or craft.
