Soul Cycle
This cycling studio has almost a cult-like following. SoulCycle is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. Ride together in candlelit studios to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists.

Burnin’ by Ray
It’s all about the mind, body, spirit connection at Burnin’ by Ray. The self-described “ungym” uses motors cardio pieces that provide a low impact high intensity workout!

Hop on a Hubway!
One of the easiest ways to get from Point A to Point B in the Seaport is via a bicycle!  Hubway (soon to be Blue Bikes) is Boston’s public bike share program, with 1,600 bikes and 180 stations across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and Somerville. It’s a fun, affordable and convenient transportation option for quick trips around town.  In the Seaport here are the Blue Bike station locations:
