Bring your workout outside and join Laura for a bootcamp that involves strength, cardio and core work! Come ready to work and face whatever class has to offer that day…whether it’s bleachers, circuits, running, or intervals. each class is designed to offer a full body workout, and no class is ever the same.

Head to Carson Beach on Sunday mornings from 8:15-9:15 for a beach yoga class taught by East Side Yoga & Fitness. Bring your own mat and $10 cash to drop in.
Radiant Yoga will hold weekly Sunday morning yoga classes at Castle Island from 10:00-11:15am. Class will be led by Courtney Delude. Additionally, there will be an evening Yoga on the Deck class from 7-8pm on Thursdays. Class will be led by Caroline Hart. (This class is at the studio) Learn more here!
Rooftop yoga is back! East Side Yoga & Fitness instructor Maddie Brisbane hosts a 45 min class on Coppersmith’s popular airdeck each Thursday from 7:15-8am. Secure your spot online and pay $10 cash on site. Bring your own mat, water, and hang out in the Coppersmith Café after class!east side

Run! Run! Run!
Join a free run club! The Southie Run Club meets every Monday night at 6:30pm at Backyard Betty’s. Post run stick around for drinks and apps (it’s all about balance, right?) And the Boston Athletic Club’s running club is back on Tuesdays at 9am! and FREE as part of your BAC Membership! The Running Club is currently for those with a running base of 5 or more miles who are looking into running a 10k or half marathon.
South Bay Summer Sweat
Every Thursday night at 6:30pm, enjoy a free fitness class on the grass at District Ave. Summer Sweat will feature local fitness trainers leading a 60 minute workout! Giveaways and goodies for all attendees. For more information and to register, visit here! Space is limited!
