The LOT on the Dot Halloweenfest

Saturday, October 26th | 2 pm – 8 pm – The LOT The LOT’s Halloweenfest is back and better than ever! The event will take place on Saturday, October 26th, 2-8PM. This family-friendly event is our favorite to celebrate the holiday and fall season. Kids can wear costumes to carve or paint pumpkins and participate in Halloween-themed activities. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, while games, activities, and entry are free of charge!

All events are weather-permitted and changes will be announced via social media, @onthedotboston. The rain date for this event will be October 27th! Event will take place outdoors, dress accordingly.

Spooooky Season Movie Mondays at Publico

Movie Mondays at Publico just got a whole lot spookier! Every Monday in October, they will be airing classic Halloween movies. The first movie will start at 6pm followed by a second movie at 8pm. There will be free popcorn! They will announce the line up on their instagram so be sure to follow and make your reservation!

Roza Lyons Howl-Ween Costume Party

Costume Crawl Boston

The Boston Costume Crawl will be happening all over Boston, Saturday October 26th. They have included a Southie route that will be sure to be a killer time. Check in starts at PKL at 1pm and will take you all over Southie. The stops include Castle Island Brewery, Publico, Fresh Boston, Worden Hall, Telegraph Hill, Seapoint, Dot Tavern, Hunter’s, Broadway, On the Dot, and Moonshine 152. Something Strange: An 80s Halloween at the ICA

Strange things are afoot at the ICA this Halloween! Flashback to the iconic art, music, and culture of the 1980s at Something Strange: An ‘80s Halloween. This thriller of an event features an artistic takeover of the museum, different DJs across the museum, and pop-up dance performances throughout the evening.

Enter into artist Jaina Cipriano’s vision of a neon-hued, ‘80s birthday party on the 1st floor while DJs Trip Report and Brianna Paon from Keep On spin the greatest hits of the decade. Performances by Boston’s legendary breakers The Floor Lords and hip hop group The Hazzel Jinx Collective will surprise you on the dance floor.

If you just can’t get enough, head to the ICA Theater featuring disco beats by Boston’s celebrated DJ Kon (described by Soul Clap as “the best disco DJ in the world”). Cipriano transforms the space into her version of a shiny, spooky disco club, with a few glittery skeletons joining the party as well.

And don’t forget your polaroid—a glowing path leads you back in time into a magical immersive installation by the artist. It is sure to take your breath away! This is the thriller night of the year, so grab your brat pack and your like, totally awesome ’80s outfit, and dance all night long!
