Trick or Treating on Broadway
Beware of little ghosts and goblins (and their parents) roaming the streets in search for Halloween candy. East and West Broadway will be filled with trick-or-treaters on Thursday, October 31st from 4pm-6pm picking up candy from local businesses and residences. So be warned! This event is free and is hosted by the members of the South Boston Chamber of Commerce. A special pedestrian traffic flow has been requested.

Stop by Southie Haunts this weekend and get in the Halloween Spirit! This home on West Fourth between D + E is decorated for Spooky SZN and every night between 4pm-10pm there is a light show! Just press the button! Tag us in your photos!
The LOT on the Dot Halloweenfest
All events are weather-permitted and changes will be announced via social media, @onthedotboston. The rain date for this event will be October 27th! Event will take place outdoors, dress accordingly.

Zoo Howl at the Franklin Park Zoo
October 26-27, Franklin Park Zoo: Franklin Park Zoo’s “Zoo Howl” is back and ready for another celebration of tricks and treats! This annual event offers several family-friendly activities, giving guests the opportunity to trick-or-treat amongst the animals. Haunted happenings include a costume contest, arts and crafts stations throughout the zoo, and a live DJ providing music for the day. Costumed characters will be at the front entrance, waiting to take spooky snaps and pictures with guests. This event is included with general Zoo admission. Event takes place rain or shine.
Fall-O-Ween Children’s Festival
Mayor Michelle Wu and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department will host the fourth annual Fall-o-Ween Children’s Festival on the Boston Common Parade Ground at the corner of Beacon and Charles Streets on Friday, October 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Fall-o-Ween Children’s Festival is presented by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Skating Club of Boston. Key sponsor is HP Hood LLC. Additional support is provided by LEGO® Discovery Center Boston, New England Dairy Council, Polar Beverages, and Cirkul.
Adults and children are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes and participate in a wide range of free, fun, and spooky family-friendly activities. Show off your skills at the Ultimate Gaming Truck or test your courage in our Haunted Zombie Maze. Try the Jumpin’ Pumpkin and Scarecrow Slide, test your skills at Pumpkin Bowling, and enjoy nighttime fun in our Glow in the Dark Park with LED swings and LED seesaw.
A “monster mash” of activities will include music, arts and crafts, treats, rides on the trackless train, field games facilitated by Knucklebones, and sensory play with Play Boston. LEGO® Discovery Center Boston will be in attendance with fun Halloween LEGO builds as well as LEGO Halloween build activities with a Master Model Builder. Visit the New England Dairy displays to enjoy both the Mobile Dairy bar and the Mobile Dairy Experience. Enjoy live entertainment at the Parks Department Stage with music from Matt Heaton, dancing with Family Zumba, and a spooky storytime with Boston Public Library librarians.

Is the Trick or Treat on broadway Friday the 28th or Saturday the 29th? I thought usually on Friday but wanted to be sure…the day/date don’t line up.
It’s Monday, October 31st!
